1. Who we are

This website, little-light-stories.com, is operated by Little Light Stories, De Olmen 34, 6903 BN Zevenaar, the Netherlands ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or buying something from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell illustrated Bible story picture books for children in two formats: hardcover books, which are printed to order by our print partner and shipped to you, and digital editions, which are delivered as a download link by email immediately after payment. Product images are for illustration; small colour differences between screen and print can occur.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where indicated at checkout. Shipping on hardcover books is free. Payment is taken at the time of order through the secure payment methods offered at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an obviously incorrect price; you will be refunded in full in that case.

4. Orders and delivery

You receive an order confirmation by email. Hardcover books are printed after your order is placed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Digital editions are delivered to the email address you provide; please check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes, or contact us.

5. Digital editions: personal licence

When you buy a digital edition you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read and print the book for use within your own household. You may not share, resell, upload, publicly display or distribute the files, in whole or in part. Schools, churches and other organisations that wish to use our books with groups can contact us for a group licence.

7. Intellectual property

All stories, illustrations, characters, text, logos and designs on this site and in our books are the property of Little Light Stories and are protected by copyright. Nothing may be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Your account and conduct

You agree to provide accurate information when ordering and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Liability

We do our best to make sure the site and our products are accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
